NB the production process usually takes between 2-8 weeks depending on the piece. The production time will be detailed on the individual product pages.

Prior to Mother's Day these prodcution times are reduced so please check the 'Mother's Day Order Deadlines' section above for details of pre-Mother's Day order deadlines. If you need your order for a specific date, please detail this in the notes at checkout or check in with our Customer Services team via info@aurumandgrey.com.

Non-UK Delivery Destinations

For order delivery outside the UK, UK local VAT tax (20%) will be deducted at checkout and local taxes and duties may be charged upon delivery of the order. These local taxes and duties will be estimated for you at checkout. Please note that this is an estimate and there may be some slight variation in these charges.

EU

Our EU deliveries are now subject to additional duties and taxes which are payable by the customer. These will be calcuated at checkout for you and will be payable by the customer upon delivery.

US

US orders under the equivalent of $800 will not be subject to import taxes. As we trade in GBP, due to changes in exchange rates, it is wise to allow a buffer under the $800 mark if you would like to avoid any import duties in the US. 

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient.

The vast majority of our collection is made in our London Atelier with sustainability at our core.  Our team of skilled jewellers are an amazing super talented bunch who craft your pieces to order which is something we are immensely proud of.  We’re somewhat obsessed with our customers and as such our aftercare is at the core of what we do; we LOVE making your piece grow with you and making additions to your pieces is a huge part of our business.

Due to the nature of our products being bespoke, not all items are eligible for refund or exchange. All bespoke orders (This includes all multi letter styles where customised with a name or initials), where marked, are not eligible for refund or exchange unless confirmed as faulty. All eligible orders placed and delivered between March 1st, 2025, and March 28th 2024 have until April 4th, 2025 to inform us of your return or exchange and 14 days to return the item.

For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Orders placed and delivered after March 28th, 2025 follow our usual returns policy, 7 days to inform us and 14 days to make the return upon delivery.
