GENERAL

Why will it take 4-8* weeks to receive my order?

As all of our products are handmade in our London atelier, please allow 4-8 weeks to produce and dispatch your order. We understand that sometimes orders are needed sooner than the given time; if this applies to you, please get in touch via our chat or by emailing: info@aurumandgrey.com

Do you have a store I could visit?

We do not have a physical store, however, you can visit our studio and have a look at our collection. Whether to buy your first AURUM + GREY piece or to make an addition to your piece we would be happy to have you visit. You can book an appointment here by clicking "Schedule Your Time”.  A £20 deposit will be required to confirm the appointment and will be refunded upon your visit. Please note that this is non-refundable if you fail to turn up for the appointment. If you need to reschedule your visit, please get in touch at: info@aurumandgrey.com

Do you have warranty on your products?

We offer a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee on all of our products starting on the date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we will repair the product according to this guarantee. Please be aware that under our manufacturer's guarantee, items damaged due to regular wear and tear are not considered faulty.

What is a bespoke order and is my order bespoke?

Bespoke goods are made to order based on the specifications provided by the the customer. The customer chooses a variety of specifics such as materials, size, colours, and quantities. Because we customise items to your specifications, the majority of our products are considered bespoke.

Can I add to my necklace or bracelet on a later date?

Should you wish to add pendants or change the size of your item in the future, we offer an additions service where your piece can be amended in our specialist workshop so it can grow with you. To get started, send an email to info@aurumandgrey.com. To help us respond more quickly, please include your original order number or full name/email address, as well as instructions on what you want done to your piece.

Do you do repairs?

We offer a repair service on all AURUM + GREY products. Please get in touch at info@aurumandgrey.com with your order number or full name/email address and an image of your item. Our team will get back to you with further instructions.

PRODCUTS

What size are your initials?

Our signature initials are 4mm tall in the smaller size and 6mm tall in the larger size. This is true for both plain gold and diamond initials. To gauge the difference between the two sizes, please see here.

How thick are your chains?

Our signature chains are available in two sizes: 0.8mm and 1mm

How long are your necklaces?

Our chains come in a range of lengths, from 15 inches to 20 inches. Lengths are available for selection on your chosen product. If you require a length that is not specified for your order, please indicate this in your order notes so that our team can accommodate it in production. What size are your petite plain gold charms?

Our petite plain gold charms measure at 4mm in height.

What type of Gold do you use?

The majority of our products are made from solid gold or sterling silver. Both metals are hypoallergenic and suitable for those with sensitive skin. How can I find my ring size?

Can I submit my own handwriting for the handwritten necklace?

Do you sell cleaning products/cloths

Yes we do! You can purchase a polishing cloth here. Please be sure to select the cloth that is right for your metal type.

Are your products sustainably/ethically made?

We are proud that over 95% of our collection is made in house in our UK atelier where we take great pride in ensuring that our materials are sourced responsibly and that sustainability is a major priority throughout the production process. Find out more about our sustainability values here

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 4-8 weeks* for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch with our support team at infor@aurumandgrey.com

Christmas Delivieries

Our production times are shortened for the Christmas season to ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas. Please check the 'Christmas Order Deadlines' for specific dates. If you need your order by a certain date, please add it in the checkout notes or contact our Customer Service team at: info@aurumandgrey.com to see what we can do for you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent shipping confirmation by email. You can then track your shipment to see the delivery status via the link provided in the email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, it takes 1-2 working days for UK and Ireland, 2-3 working days for EU, 2-3 working days for USA and 2-5 working days for the rest of the world.

Can I fast track my order?

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can chnage it for you. However, if the order has already shipped, please contact the courier service directly to update your address. Please note that you will need yor tracking details for this.

Can I collect my order from your studio?

Yes you can. At checkout select the pick up option. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified by email.

Will I be charged duties and taxes at checkout?

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

Do you ship to my country?

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

You have 7 days to notify us via email of a return request, and 14 days to make the return after delivery. When you request a return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to do so. For hygene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Because of the nature of our bespoke items, all bespoke styles (this includes all multi-letter styles), where marked, are not eligible for refund or exchange unless confirmed as faulty. Please check that your order is not a bespoke piece before placing a request.

Extended Christmas Return Policy

 

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Can I return a bespoke order?

Bespoke orders are not eligible for refund or exchange unless confirmed as faulty.

What if I receive a faulty item?

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If returning a faulty item, it is your responsibility until it reaches us; due to this we recommend using a secure 'signed for' service for your return. Please contact us via info@aurumandgrey.com for return instructions.

What if I change my mind before my order has been delivered?

Once confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled. If you want to swap your order for something different before it is delivered, please contact info@aurumandgrey.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange for. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed and are dependent on where your order is in the production process.

My delivery has not arrived. What should I do?

We use a safe, secure and reliable courier service for shipping orders. If your parcel was confirmed as delivered but you have not received it. Please get in touch with the courier company first with your tracking number to confirm where your parcel is. If you are still having issues with getting your parcel, please get in touch with at info@aurumandgrey.com with your order information.
